So, what is Fashion ReBoot? Well it’s the brainchild of Erica Davies (ex-Fashion Editor and all things “super” – such as blogger/influencer/instagrammer/interiors expert) and Ciara Elliott who is an Interiors Editor. They both found that, when they left London, there was nowhere for them to sell their pre-loved clothes.
The concept is simple: if you love clothes, carboot sales and e-bay, or just fancy the idea of a gathering for night out of beauty and bubbles, come join us for an evening of high-end bargains. It’s like a fashion carboot but without the cars!
If you would like to sell your clothes, you can buy a pitch for £25 (we have 25 available – all that you will need is a rail) and if you would like to come and browse/buy, a ticket is £5 (We have 220 available). Of course if you’re selling, there’s nothing to stop you from buying too. Plus there will be 100 free G&Ts from our sponsors, Adnams, to the first 100 guests through the door.
Food and fizz will be available to buy on the evening, and there will be some other cheeky extra fashion surprises there too.
We will offer support to all pitch holders in terms of allocating a space, outlining what can be sold (a smattering of children’s clothes and interiors are fine), advising on timings, talking about how to go about pricing items and so on. It’s easy for us to imagine that no one will want the things that may no longer be quite right for us (and perhaps feel slightly embarrassed too) but I’m sure that we can help conquer all of those fears.
I’m really looking forward to welcoming people to our lovely school and to the area. It’s not so much that it will be the “place to be” shopping and fashion wise – although hopefully it will be – but it will be a place for people to meet, to chat and to have some fun. There are lots of us who could do with a night out, there are people who may be new to the area and who would just like to meet some new people, or who would just like to come and say “hello”. It will be fab to see you all! We might not be able to assist with babysitters but don’t let distance, having somewhere to stay, or not knowing anyone, put you off. Everyone is welcome!

Hi Beth … quick question that’s not really relevant to the post, sorry! I remember you writing 1 or 2 posts when you took part in The Great North Run and how interesting and informative they were. I mentioned them to my son as he’s running this year, but now I can’t find them! Please can you help?
